I have 3 Double Room and the cost is 100 euro room per day. I have 1
apartament for 4 person and this cost 200 euro per day. ( for period
28.12.2008-04.01.2009)

At the moment we have 3 double rooms vacant for the NY period. The price is 170RON /50 EURO/night/double room-that is for two persons including continental breakfast. The ski lifts are in Poiana Brasov, cca 10 km from here, there are buses every 30 minutes there and back. Our pension is situated somewhere between the railway station and the city centre, easily accessible. The rooms dispose of private bathrooms, fridge, wireless internet and they are spacious.
As far as the New Year`s Eve is concerned, the pension has a large dining room and if you wish to spend it here and prefer to serve the NY meal, you should let us known at least 3 weeks in advance.

We can make a reservation for you for the New Year if you please.Our place is located 9km away from Poiana Brasov which is having sky-slopes and beautiful winter views.Is also 12km away from another two winter resorts-Predeal and Sinaia, both very beautiful during winter,having slopes for skying and snow-boarding.We can make available for you two appartments both having two rooms-king size bed, bathroom living-room and kitchen.
I must mention that what we have is not a hotel is more like a villa with three appartments.Two of the appartments are as follows:two separate double rooms, one living-room one kitchen and bathroom,very spatious one ground floor the other one first level(have you seen the pictures?).We have one more studio-like with double bedroom, living room ,bathroom separate entry
with a large terace facing the old citadel of Rasnov.It would be more of your advantage if you collect a bigger group so you can have all the house to yourself ( rooms dounstairs have place for 3 and four people sleepig total capacity of the three apartments can be 11-13 persons).we can also prepare the New Year dinner traditional romanian way.The kitchens are fully equiped so you can feel like home.
Please let us know if your exact number of days spending here and the number of persons are same so that we can negociate a price.

We have available rooms for New Year. The prices starting 29th dec - 4th jan
are 300 ron, breackfast included, for double rooms. Untill the 29th Dec,
that price is 130.00 rol for a double room with jacuzzi and 100 rol for a
double room with shower. We don't have single rooms. The price is for room,
not for person. If you want to reserve any room, please let us know asap.
The sky lift is not far from Rasnov. Is in Poiana Brasov, 9 km far.

The price and the room are exactly as on the website: 35 eu/night for the room. When you enter the hall to the house, there’s a basement room you can use for your boots, skis, and jackets.
There’s a bus that goes to the ski slope about a 15 minute walk from the house.
If you’re driving, you can park in front of the house on the street and drive approx 25 minutes to the top of the mountain. It might be a little bit more on the weekends because of traffic. They do a good job of keeping that road plowed, so you shouldn’t have a problem.
If you get bored skiing Poiana Brasov, you can drive 45 minutes to Predeal, but that road can be treacherous if there’s snow.

We have three DB free rooms for that period, every room has his own bathroom but you should know that our motel doesn't have his own restaurant so if you like a formal dinner for the New Year you should make a reservation to a nice Restaurant near by.
We are situated down town in Brasov and ski lift is approx. 10 km away in Poiana Brasov Resorts but very easy accessible by bus or car.
The cost for one room is 55 Euro/ room without breakfast, but if like to have breakfast included than the price for a room will be 65 Euro/room.

On this New Year cost per person is 50 euro/day or 70 euro/day/DP.
